• Unopened and Unused Products: You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order if they remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back.

3. Return Process

• Shipping Your Return: Please securely package the product(s) and include your RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.

4. Refund Process

• Processing Time: After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
